SEMBAC participates in the “4th International Discussion Forum on Housing, Conservation and Infrastructure” in Mexico (09/2026)
Dr. Ingrid Martorell i Boada and predoctoral researcher Marta Rodríguez Vázquez, from the SEMBAC research group, participated in the 4th International Discussion Forum on Housing, Conservation and Infrastructure, held virtually from 13 to 15 July. Dr. Elia Mercedes Alonso Guzmán, from the Department of Materials at the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo (Mexico), organized the event.
Ingrid Martorell i Boada presented a paper entitled “Renewable Cooling and Heating Systems in Buildings Using Radiant Cooling”, while Marta Rodríguez Vázquez’s presentation was entitled “From Waste to Resource: Earth and Dry Stone as Circular Economy Strategies in Contemporary Architecture.” (More info.)
